Return & Exchange policy

At Bariq Accessories, we aim to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund and exchange policy:

1. Refund:

If there is a defect in the product or if an incorrect order is delivered, you can return the product while the delivery man is still present.
The product must be inspected in front of the delivery agent at the time of delivery. If a defect or mistake is found, the product can be returned immediately.

Important Note:

Returns are only accepted at the time of inspection while the delivery agent is present. No returns will be accepted after the courier leaves, except in case a defect is discovered in the product.

Important Note: The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return.

2. Exchange:

You can exchange the product within 14 days from the date of delivery . The product must be in its original condition and unused.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال:

في Bariq Accessories، نسعى لتقديم أفضل تجربة تسوّق لعملائنا. إذا لم تكوني راضية تمامًا عن طلبك، نوفر لكِ سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال التالية:

1. الاسترجاع:

في حالة وجود عيب في المنتج أو في حال استلام طلب خاطئ، يمكنكِ إرجاع المنتج أثناء تواجد مندوب الشحن.

يجب فحص المنتج أمام مندوب التوصيل وقت الاستلام. وفي حال وجود عيب أو خطأ، يمكن إرجاع المنتج فورًا.

ملحوظة هامة: الاسترجاع متاح فقط وقت المعاينة أثناء وجود مندوب الشحن، وفي حالة اكتشاف عيب بعد مغادرة المندوب يتم استرجاع المنتج خلال ١٤ يوم.

2. الاستبدال:

يمكنكِ استبدال المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام. يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم.
